How do I take the assessment?
Simply click the "Start Assessment" button on our homepage or navigation bar. The assessment takes about 10-12 minutes and consists of scenario-based questions about your behavior in various situations.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can take the basic assessment without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your results, track progress over time, and access additional features.
Understanding Your Results
What do my results mean?
Your results show your control style across four key dimensions: Planning, Oversight, Decision-making, and Flexibility. Each dimension is scored on a scale that helps you understand your natural tendencies and areas for growth.
How accurate are the results?
Our assessment is based on validated psychological research and has been tested with thousands of users. The accuracy depends on how honestly and thoughtfully you answer the questions. Results are most accurate when you respond based on your typical behavior, not how you think you should behave.
Technical Support
The assessment isn't loading properly
Try refreshing your browser or clearing your browser cache. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try using a different browser or device.
I lost my results
If you created an account, your results are saved automatically. Log in to access them. If you took the assessment without an account, you'll need to retake it. We recommend creating an account to save future results.
Privacy & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data. All information is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.
Can I delete my data?
Absolutely. You have full control over your data. Contact us at any time to request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will permanently remove your information within 30 days.
Using Your Results
How can I improve my control style?
Your results include personalized recommendations and strategies. Focus on one area at a time and practice the suggested exercises. Consider retaking the assessment after 30 days to track your progress.
Can I use this for hiring decisions?
Our assessment is designed for personal development, not employment screening. While it can provide insights into management styles, it should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions without proper validation and legal compliance.
